Versatio is Latin for ‘revolution’ and the Versatio F drive system ensures this. The Speedy Versatio F combines the strengths of a visually fast handbike with independence thanks to intelligent motor support. It is suitable for everyday use without having to sacrifice its sporty character.
The Versatio F Handbike in Detail
Thanks to innovative, intelligent sensor technology, the motor develops its power particularly harmoniously. With a rated output of 250 watts and a rated torque of 45 Nm, the driver can draw on the full potential. However, the decisive advantages for wheelchair users lie elsewhere. The wheelchair user can freely select the level of assistance when handcycling from 5 levels. This system also includes a starting aid using thumb throttle.
The Versatio F hub motor is characterised by its high quality and compatibility. The great advantage of geared hub motors is that the Versatio F can be operated like a manual wheelchair hoist when no electrical assistance is required. There are no additional friction losses or pedalling resistance. The built-in planetary gearbox and the brushless motor are precisely matched to each other and therefore offer a unique handbike experience.
The motor impresses with its smooth running and high performance even at low speeds. Despite its low weight and compact size, the hub motor has a high torque thanks to its gear ratio. All components are tested according to the highest industry standards, according to which neither dust nor moisture may penetrate.
